For marketing site visitors and prospective customers, we typically retain contact information for up to three (3) years from your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion.

If your employer or organization has entered into a Master Services Agreement with ERP Unlocked, that agreement governs our processing of data submitted through the platform. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms of a Master Services Agreement, the Master Services Agreement will control with respect to the applicable customer relationship.
